The hotel links its menu and table reservations from its website. Use those links for the current dishes and ordering arrangements. Save the date and meal service with the menu you are considering; old downloaded menus can show different items or prices.
Choose the setting with the team
Tell the venue whether the group prefers an indoor or outdoor setting and whether access or seating needs affect the table choice. A preference is most useful when it accompanies a headcount and intended service.
Dietary and group requests
Explain allergies, dietary needs and any timing constraints before the visit. For a group meal, ask whether food should be ordered in advance or whether there is a particular booking process. Confirm the response with the person coordinating the table.
Separate kitchen and hotel hours
Published hotel opening times do not mean food is served continuously for that entire period. Ask about the kitchen service for the day you intend to visit. Keep booking changes with the venue rather than relying on a general opening-hours listing.
